Yet I know one woman (from Lithuania actually) who has been in the US for three years on one. Her relative comes and goes on a "ten year" tourist visa as well. What gives? Anbody know about the ins and ots of apllying for these things? Can I assume that her family has some political pull back home? (How about some fresh people to answer this question - instead of the two who ALWAYS respond to my postings.)
