I need advise please. the plan is to go to Ukraine in three weeks from now. Getting a personal invitation I believe takes easily a month I have been told which is not going to work for me. Are there perhaps companies/agents that can help me with a "tour booking" of some sort. I dont want to be tied down to a tour really - would like to do my own thing when I get there. I dont want to spend a arm and a leg or both knackers either. Most guys go to visit a girl, so they have a guide. Sounds like you are going to visit on your own. Check some sites for info, I use ukrainefare.com, they have a wide range of services offered, if needed,...a good help for a first timer. You just need to pay for it and print it out and use it to apply for a visa. But its mean you have to stay at the hotel.
