The law here state that if you meet a tourist in Canada you can then stat the sponcering process. If she is still out of Canada, you have to marry first.... I have been there and tried that !!! Any sudgestion on how to get a tourist visa to Canada for Girls who are young and not rich and do not qualify for Visa via regular chanels ?
