I'd like to understand the process on the ladies side and her experience. Any first hand knowledge? Maybe this has been discussed before so which posts should I read? From what I understand, they call on the phone and are read the information and respond. But do many actually read it on paper translated? When sending out initial letters, do they read your profile information and is it translated (or just look at your photo)? Does the profile remain in english only? Some read and comment on my outgoing intro letter details, most do not. I feel that these agencies might have less than motivated translators who are in a rush, perhaps overworked, I have been having abit of difficulty with my letters and information being communicated accurately also. It is hit and miss like anything, not saying all is bad communication either.
