Has anyone done this and if so what is the chances of meeting a reasonbly wealthy educated young lady in her mid to late twenties (working in say ministry of finance) from Moscow?

"Reasonably wealthy"??? Are you looking for someone to tke care of you? Or just a woman you don't have to spend any money on?

My ex-fiance has a good friend who works as an administrator for the ministry of finance but in Moldova. THERE the job pays more than most - and she IS able to take some nice vacations (my ex-fiance is jealous of this fact) but still by western stadards she makes a pitance.

Beanstobe.Do not bother advertising yourself in ANY Russian based press publications. You would be basically advertising yourself with the words TARGET on your head. You would get all sorts of tempting enticing offers to come to Russian speaking countries, and once the local gangsters and other professional scammers get you on your own and get your money that would be the end of you.

Hey, My lady is very well educated, fluent in six languages, doesn't (didn't) work in Moscow nor in a ministry of finance but is it being suggested that administrators that work in a 'bank' are paid more than administrators in other institutions? My lady (wife) was earning circa EUR800 per month and in a regional city, with far less living costs than those of Moscow, but hey, let's only look for a financial institution lady and only from one of the world's most expensive cities! Me thinks that someone needs to get out more :)

The way the U.S. dollar is going......someday the Russian rouble will be worth more. Maybe I should set up an agency for single American men here in the USA. I can arrange tours for Russian women to come to the USA to find single American men. They can "rescue" us! In other words, we'll spin this entire "foreign bride" thing around. LOL :-)) And later, we can start scamming them to get our money back! LOL :-))

Danny, that's great info. And also from dcv. Thanks. Yes I am looking for a woman to join me in Moscow on the sea (Montenegro) where flights from Moscow and St. P are easy. That is why I referred to Moscow. But I work in Zagreb so I am also considering Croatian and Serbian women. Why ladies from Min of Finance - because where ever you go in the world, the Min of Finance is always well looked after and it looks like their personnel are chosen not only because of skills/talent but also - particularly in public procurement and foreign aid - by their looks. In most countries these staff tend to be female, mid 20's to early 30's, well educated, have traveled, are interesting (on a personal level), know about the world, and are stylish and pretty: WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED! Because I am similar Jetmba is your ex-fiance's friend available? I am driving to Bucharest (Romania) soon to collect my belongings and could drive the other 6 hours to Chisinau to meet her if she is interesting, pretty, available, educated and a genuine person
