Hi everyone I'm kinda new around these parts. I do have a question tho and perhaps someoen can shed some light on things. I sent a letter to a lady and received a positive reply. The only thing that was a little odd was that the girl was from a different agency and in the reply the "agency" said that I would have to pay to correspond with her. Is this a common practice? Not that I mind really, but having already paid for a membership here, I would prefer not to have to pay again for communication though another source. Ok..I lied, I have another question..lol. I read about the live chat feature on this site. Am I missing out on how to get in or is it operational yet? Thanks all
Please report about cases like that directly to administrator. Well come in touch with this agency and find out whats going on. We had a case like that recently and found out that the agency didnt mean to ask that man for money, thay just wanted to tell the customer that a girl has no private e-mail.
In any way, if you are a member of fiance.com you dont have to pay anything else to anybody else. When the other agencues place girls on our site it means you can exchange letters back and forth.
as for live chat-so far it is a live chat with administrator only. you can ask your questions and get replies right away using LIVE HELP option.
Later we'll have a live chat where you will be able to chat with girls.
Hi, I have been using this site for about a month now, and I have met and are corresponding with many fine people. I just have some feedback, just an opinion! I also am a member at 2 other sites (I do not believe in limiting myself), and the e-mail interface here is the most comlicated and difficult to ues. When I first log it, I click on "Inbox", and am presented with a list of letters waiting for me. So far, so good! I click on a person (or "order" as it is called on the site) and another thing comes up, with just the girl's name, and I must click again to get the letter! Ok. I read the letter, and when I want to reply, I click on "send letter and recieve answer". Ok. then a new box comes in, and I click on "custom letter". Ok, but now I have 1 hour to compose a letter. I am no Shakespere, and to compse something may take longer than 1 hour, so now I have to open Word, compose a letter, copy and paste, etc. etc. etc. Also, when I click on "send letter...." the orginal dissappears, so I cannot refer back to it to answer the (sometimes) many questions posed by the people I am corresponding with. Is there any way to make this a bit easier and more intuitave? Maybe have her letter come up with just one click on the inbox? Maybe have a frame on the side that contains her text, to make referring back to it easier? Maybe eliminate the 60 minute time limit, to avoid going into a word processing program, and risking my dinosaur computer crashing due to low ram?
These are just suggestions, I love your site, and I have had the most success here, as far as number of replies I have gotten. I praise your site, but please see if you can make the e-mail a bit easier to use!
thank you for your feedback. we are aware of this issue.
new interface for mail and account has been in the development.
we will make it as simple as possible for users.
but writing lettes are always better in WORD, and save it regulary. then cut and paste.
Will remember this for the future should it crop up. The young lady has again written to me and said there was a misunderstanding so it appears as tho everything is all good again! :) Now..if we can only get better weather here! lo9l
Misunderstanding? She asks for money, you bust her, and oh no! there goes her meal ticket! Of course she is going to try to sweet talk you! Do yourself a favor, stay away from anyone who hints at wanting money. From what I understand, a true Russian woman would rather starve then ask a stranger for money. She might not be asking you anymore, but watch out! Dont get too attached.......
