The guy is asking for advice, maybe there are things that a lawyer or someone else didnt think of? I spoke to a high profile lawyer about my case, being I cannot travel for a long time due to work, on how to get a woman here to the USA, and he flat out said there was no way in hell to get a woman from eastern europe over here without visiting her there first, or without family, or a job offer here in the USA. I did some homework, and I found a way! Lawyers and embassys do not alwyas know everything, or they can't be bothered with pidly questions. Crash, I am sorry I do not know UK laws and regulations, or I would be glad to lend a helping hand. I am going to visit a lawyer next week so I may have some answers then but as you so rightly say, the lawyers and embassies don't tell you everything, just what they want you to know. How can it be managed without visiting the girl first?
