I would like to know if the Ukraine is worth investing in. However, there things that worry me. The first thing is, what are the people like in the Ukraine?
The second, is it true that the reason why they are making you Ukrainians feel so patriotic now, is because that they want you Ukrainians and Russians to kill each other in a war in ten years time? I mean no offence, I'm just scouting out the territory. Spaciba Balshoye.:)
Monada thanks for answering. We were thinking about starting up a business in the Ukraine because the set up costs and wages were so cheap. And real estate was very cheap to buy as well. Although we did not have a clear idea on tax rules. The other advantage was that getting was very cheap as well.
However, then last week we heard that you Ukrainians have a woman politician called Yuliya Tymoshenko who blocked the senate for some reason. And we did a little checking and that worried us because she apparently wrote an article last year called 'Containing Russia' I believe, and that she plagiarized great chunks of it from a paper Kissinger wrote.
And when we heard the name Kissinger, wow!, we knew that was bad news. When Kissinger writes a paper people die. Kissinger is a powerful zionist, a P2 member, member of Monticarlo lodge, closet occultist and homosexual. And we are thinking why is Kissinger interested in the Ukraine. The only reason we can think of is because Europe wants to sell Ukraine weapons and make them fight Russia. Fund both sides, make money and see what happens.
And then we talk to other people and they tell us that the Ukraine is too keen and willing do anything Nato says. That explains why Spielberg, Mccartney the occultist, and that Khazarian Jewish business man all turning up next month to do a concert in the Ukraine and win people over to fight for Nato.
Are you Ukrainians worried? What is the feeling like in the Ukraine?
Look, dear, if you want to be in UA business, learn few rules:
1 - don't put your stupid nose into politics, keep mouth shut and mind your business.
2 - keep that scary shit keep for America, we don't give a f*ck to your Spielberg, Mccartney togeter with Khazarian Jewish business.
3 - to come and do business in Europe you have to be know that there's no such a thing as clear business. If you aren't able to swim in dirty water - stay were you are, cs youll be squeesed, cutted into piecs, chewed and spitted away.
4 - and who the f* you are Come out your closet and show me your ugly face.
Well, Monada is right. Give a shit in politic and treat people well will give you an advantage :) Taxes are low compared to US and EU as well plus it is a wonderful country with equal wonderful people.
Compared to my country Sweden it`s a tax heaven :)
I made the enquiry, of a friend's Ukrainian accountant, regards registering a business in Ukraine and what I would have been 'stung' in taxes etc. made it totally unviable.
And it was also explained to me that it would serve no purpose to 'hide' the company revenue, if the UA authorities were led to believe that the company was not making sufficient money then they would close it down.
I know others have successful business entities in UA but quite how they go about it or how they may get away with it is a bit of a mystery.
And, further to a post above, since when has Paul McCartney been American?
I spoke to a Ukrainian businessman recently who claimed to be envious of the way WESTERN taxes work.
He told me "You have a car - you use the car for business and the government gives back to you all that you spent on the car."; "Here in Ukraine, you pay taxes when you buy something and when you sell something, both times you pay taxes. And the government never gives any of it back to you."
This guy had no clue. We may have a few deductions available on things like cars etc. But the governement nails us with taxe rates that would make his head spin.
In UK the government has caught up, to a degree, with company car perks. But for using a private car on business they give an allowance of 40p per mile, might be more now with recent fuel price hikes, and realistically it costs 25p per mile to run a small to medium sized car, but I worked that out before fuel prices put that up by approx 2p per mile, so the way to make some tax free money is to exaggerate the use of a private car on business ..... not that I would ever do such a thing :)
Alot of us have been to the Ukraine and are interested in investing there but having talked to some people it dosnt seem viable at the moment. Hungary or Romania are two better options at the moment. Business is booming in Romania at the moment.
Pay tax = no way just ignore it = mugs pay tax they dont know if you dont tell em
trade is cash simple - anyone western mug enough pay tax in Russia or ukraine best joint the ''glee club ay '' just pay a bito mafia whatever but you come out a mile in front
monada--- is right you cant swin in muddy waters all graft you play the game or they spit you out but if your business is too big well you have to pay but if your a back room icognito $2500 a month trader .
hey you wont get 2 lines on page 90 local rag paper ---if your obvious big cigar and a merc of course you will come undone
tax is for mugs specialy if your very small time punter why would YOU bother with it .
definately give rumania a miss mate --you'l lose your lot maybe much more = BAD MOVE !
Sorry Monada, I didn't mean to scare you with my scary zionist yada. I promise to be good. Look! I'm evening changing my avatar to something more like me. I think you will like:)
See Monada I want to be friends with you guys because you guys will save me a lot of money. See if I have to fly to the Ukraine for a short trip, accommodation, spending money etc, then that would cost me around $3,500US. If money is power the money my wallet has the better.
What I was thinking of doing was open some kind of Business in the Ukraine with the help of my brothers (spread the risk). Then if everything worked out, then buy a couple of apartments, get a couple of local girls to look after my investment for me and father some kids. Yes I know I would be sinning like heck, but I figured as long as I give some generous donations to the Catholic Church, then I'll get the blessings.
I have found out some good and bad things about your country. The good is that a lot of Ukranians still get paid in US dollars, if this is true then this great news because when the US dollar finally collapses ( I'm not sure if this will happen before or after Obama becomes president) then buying property in the Ukraine will be really cheap.:)
The bad news, well I'll tell you later about the bad news.
Colin Hungary or Romania aren't they already in the Illuminati controlled EU?
BTW guys Paul Maccartney is a Pom and a Freemason. Don't you remember in 2003 Moscow he said "BAAA" to the crowd at a Moscow news conference? That was very rude of him, because as you know sheep are always lead to the slaughter.
If your looking at investing in real estate, just poke around. I met a real estate dev company in Odessa from washington state. we shared stories about local graft and corruption to downright embezzlement and stealing that goes on in Ukraine.
Monada is very correct> If you don't have the stomach for the possible problems, stay clear of Ukraine.
Well one problem you may have is if you are having a couple girls run your business and part of their job is to have and raise your kids then who is going to run your business during the two year maternity leave that Ukrainian women have.
