I am one more disspointed guy who "bindy trust" in the Anastasia-international.com site, beacuse of their secure server. I want to complain against them and i want my money back. Do you have an idea, to whom can I write? any organization anti-scam? I know that I must contact the merchant first (as per VISA card policy). I know that Anastasia site will deny. So, do you know any site to help me? Thanks a lot.
Well make every 'written' attempt to Anastasia, saving all correspondence (emails), if you're emailing from 'Outlook' then opt for a 'read receipt' thus you might receive a receipt that they have read your email(s), enough to satisfy your card issuer and then your card issuer should be able to retrieve your monies back.
Or send a certified letter with return reciept or call them.

Visa makes it sound like they are protecting the card holder and are but not at their expense but at the expense of the vendor. If your card is stolen you get your money back but visa takes this same money back from the vendor who produced a real product. The thief walks away with the goods. As Monada said and Martin repeated you should read the instructions on your policy to make sure your situation falls within the rules.
Unauthorized purchases or fraud do usually fall in this catagory. I have used this twice on my card- once when the number was stolen and the 2nd time when Vonage told me complete lies and without authorization announced that they had charged my card 99 dollars, a supervisor told me they had only charged 9.95 dollars and my account showed they charged 49 dollars. I argued with them for a month at which point they told me they realized that I was concerned but I did not qualify to receive my money back. I told them I was not concerned and when I got fed up with their lies I would simply have Visa take my money back which I did.
Both times my money was back within 2 days of when I reported it to Visa. My particular card I had to destroy and have a new one issued.
