She has discovered that the way that is mostly used is to buy a tour and then abandon it on arrival in Spain, picking it up again for the return. Though expensive that makes the visa process much easier. That is exactly how her friend first met her future husband and I have verified that it worked for them. My concern is that I find the information coming from the Moscow travel agency to be very flakey and I don't like the way that they are setting up the trip. For instance they claim that they cannot give expected arrival or departure times from Madrid. It is only five weeks away!
