Learn from which site she profiles, or what her email address is, then you write to her under an alias, change your name, find some pics for yourself off the internet, and if she enters into correspondence with you then you can tell your friend she's a 'clown'. The obvious is to believe that 'help me' means something financial. It wouldn't hurt to ask her point blank with one simple letter asking "wtf do you mean help you?" Make sure she understand she has to answer the one question he has. And I'd recommend he write more than just her and let her know that if she avoids the question. If she doesn't write back so much the better - she's a headcase and too much trouble. When you lie about who you are,' how can you condemn the girl for the same thing? Maybe she's looking for love and that's the way he can help here. Maybe there is a literal translation problem. There are scammers but they are not around every corner. Common sense can pick the scammers out from the decent girls.
