Bibione isn't that big (Population 11750) but its a tourist place with a capacity for 6 million tourists per year. This is a tiny forum and men here are primarily interested in meeting women from FSU countries. Truth be told - most of us don't know that many Russian GUYS. Your odds on finding him through us (especially with the limited information provided) are very small. You might have maybe exchanged contact information when you were WITH him.
