We're trying to get her a long term student visa (more than 90 days), but not sure if it will work as she's studying with a private school - and the only real reason is so that she can be here... I know that Russia and France are relaxing visa laws (with a possible aim of abolishing them) but we're still wondering if it would be rejected... if anyone can help/reassure us, thanks loads!
