I have someone who may (or may not) be trying to pull something fishy. Thi slady is in Romania, says she has a visa to travel to the USA for job interviews. She says she has an interview Dec. 15th in Tampa (I live near Fort Lauderdale, 5 hours away), but says she cannot make it due to lack of funds. She says she will wait to save until summer, and then look for more job interviews. She says her visa will allow her to look for work in the USA for 3 months, but if she finds a job, it is good for 2 years. She says the visa itself allows her to travel any time in the next 10 years. She says she has a freind at a travel agent, who says a flight to USA is about $900.00. I go to Yahoo! Travel and find one for $575.00. When I tell her I would be glad to buy her a ticket to come here for her interview, she says that, ok, here is the part of her letter: "It it not about that I do not want to come now. I want to atend that interview . if you can help me with the airplane ticket I will come now. I know for sure that I have to buy the ticket in person because the legislation here askes us to buy it with the passaport because on it is has to write the no of the visa and the passaport no." Does anyone know if this is true in Romania, that she must buy a ticket herself, or is this girl full of it? I do not see why I cannot buy her a ticket through a travel agency, like if I contact the travel agent and set it up myself. opinions, anyone? Olga, any feedback?

She is defiantly full of it. Ticket is a ticket. Any other papers to leave the country are a whole different story. I’m going to tell you a true story from my first Internet experience I’ve never told any one before. I had the exact same situation with a real foxy lady that claimed she is from the Dominican Republic. She told me that her visa is about to extend and was in hurry for a job interview in the neighbour state. I organised her flight and did not hear from her until four weeks after she arrived. She then spent two weeks with me and the first week was like a dream full of passion and love. At least I thought so! The second week she asked to have a serious talk with me and then it started. She asked me to help her with the most amazing things like buy her a new car and an apartment in Dom Rep. I asked her if she is taking me for an idiot but she gave me some shit about in her country she need a new car otherwise her business would not look serious. And that she will place my money in her apartment as my investment. By now I understood I’ve been screwed big time but until I have figure it out how to deal with the situation I played along. I told her that I don’t have 70 000$ for the apartment and car but she asked me to go to the bank and take a loan. Again I had to keep the colour and told her we talk more the next day. She also asked me to by her a laptop… can you believe that! Anyway I was getting a bit curious about why she always hanged on the computers in my house so I did a naughty thing and hacked her email site. Guess what! She had tons of guys in her mailbox scheduled one by one for her next destination. I asked her if I could see her passport but she refused with the words; it’s not polite in her culture to ask for such thing because it’s none of my business what year she was born. Hell I don’t even know if she really was from Dom Rep (she actually had a visa so). the limits were reached and the peaceful Mr Hedrix gave her a peace of his mind in a very strong way. She did not dear to say much when I took her to the airport and sent her away for good. Do you think it ends here? Oh no… just a month ago she called my office and wanted me to send her money for the sex I had with her. She threatens me with problems and visits from people I should not mess with. I believe it’s the first time I’ve used the words; fuck you, you fucking fucker! Read and learn from my mistake guys. Thank God for rubber

Oh yea one more thing... I discovered in her mailbox that she use different names. We can make a movie from this story and call it (sleeping with scammers) LOL

I have heard of brazeness, but that is well over the line of insanity! You should have sent e-mails to all the guys she duped, telling the truth! So, your getting a visit from some dominican roughneck huh? Better get a pit bull! Ha! We have a lot of Dominicans here, and for the most part they are respectable people. Anther case for the bad apple in every bunch! I didnt want to believe this girl was a scammer, she is hot as hell! By the way Olga, don't worry she is not on Fiance.com

Yeah Chip’, and that sounds like a closing line. What I don't understand is why you guys do not play with these women, drag it out, and give them promises & hell all simultaneously but do this in a nice way. Do some homework like asking her to send a scan of that fishy visa she has plus one of her passport, things you simply need to book this ticket for her from your side - of course, you're a nice gullible guy. The visa she's likely unable to produce, but the Passport-scan you're likely to get - and this is what you want! Post this one on a scamsite later when you're finished playing with her, but meantime have her going to the WU-offices umphteen times and get creative with excuses. You also send her snail-mail postcards and ask one back, nicely - check the stamp/origin of posting, but if she refers to the sent cards this proves you at least you have a working address, which might be different than her posting location. Bottom line? Play and get (real)info, it is fun and cheap to do. Hook the bitch, from some you will get naughty pictures, and eventually - but most importantly - dump them on a scamsite will all the info you can muster. And Chip’, this sounds like a nice one – she seems inventive and different, clever – enjoy the game! Remember she is playing for a year’s worth of salary ($900), which means she’ll do just about anything you request for ‘real’ reasons you either dream up or are really real. Also, you cannot loose, but maybe you want to send her flowers at some stage (is relatively cheap, but she knows what this costs, a substantial amount for her) to prove to her you are for real, mean well etc. just to convince her she can trust you – a mistake.

I dont know how things are in Romania, but I think if even for Russia you can pay the ticket in states, why things would be different for Romania?And I never heared that for buying tickets the visa number was required. So, lets say I know nothing about it, but for me it doesnt looks good ;-)

No Olga, sorry, you're wrong this time, but let's ask Chipscher - I bet she looks VERY good? ;-))))) Of course you can book tickets for anybody from anywhere, only the correct name is required. It is her very 'special' visa that stinks, plus her asking for dough of course, but in a bit different way. This one's not stupid - nice to play with!
