A total of 2,000 respondents aged over 18 from 160 population centers participated in the study. The poll's margin of error is 2.2 percent. According to the survey, the financial-economic crisis hit 77.1 percent of Ukrainians, some 12.7% said they were not affected by it, and 10.3 percent of respondents were undecided. The study shows that the crisis hit both the well off and the poor. A total of 90.8 percent of those polled described their financial state as "making both ends meet" and 83.1% said they are short of money for food. Only 2.4 percent of Ukrainians said they were not hit by the economic crisis at all.
