Yes, they cook and take care of the home and children. They are taught that it is their meaning in life. (That, and to look good.) But compared to western culture, it seems to me that eastern culture is less tolerant, less patient, less loyal, more arrogant, more selfish, more vain, more apathetic, moodier, whinier, more materialistic, less driven and more cold-hearted. Everyone is wonderful when you meet them, then the novelty wears off. This is simply my opinion of what 70 years of Socialist rule will do to a culture. Don’t think that a woman is serious because she is on an agency’s site or placed her own ad and even wrote to you. Most girls do this because they are simply curious about the result that her ad will bring. It’s always free for them, so why not try. They might like the idea of a foreign husband, but not ready to go through with it. Russian people talk a lot more than they actually do. Always get a full address and telephone number ---------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------ Can someone remind me please! What is it about the Russian woman we are hoping to find? I have no success at all. In the beginning the girls(the few that replies)appears to be very interested but when I after six letters ask for her address and phone number she suddenly send a short message that she’s leaving her country or in serious corresponding with some one else. I know what you are thinking (he maybe don’t know how to communicate) but trust me when I say that I am a very polite and ordinary looking. For myself, I wasn't expecting much, but I am very pleasently surprised at the replies i get. I only talk to a few ladies on a regular basis, but they are sweet, kind, very curious about my culture, and very eager to talk about their culture. One lady asks me if owning a home is a exclusive thing, or if owning a car is a privlege, and she seemed floored when I tell her anyone who wants to own a home can, and there is a car for each member of a family. I do not think that the women on this site are complicated, nor are all of them bad. I am very happy with this site. It sounds like you may have been dealing with a scam agency. You mention after about six letters, and you ask for the personal contact information, they drop you. Sounds like typical behavior of a scammer agency girl. Did you pay for each letter sent and recieved? If you did then I'm 99% sure you were just dealing with a bad agency. The girls or whoever is writing to you is trained to milk as many letters from you as they can. This is the bullshit that we men have to fight through to get to what we really are searching for. A quality woman to spend the rest of our life with in bliss. They do exist in Russia and Ukraine by the thousands. If you haven't gone yet then I suggest you go to Russia or Ukraine for a visit. There is no reason for a single man to vacation anywhere else! My last visit I dated 14 beautiful women in 21 days. During my prime I couldn't do that in 6 months! I am not a millionare either, but you do not have to be loaded to fit in here. This site is cheap, get the vip membership and you can e-mail to unlimited number of women. Odds are you will find a good woman. Travel to Russia isn't cheap, a plane ticket runs between $600.00 - $900.00 and then there is hotel, and other things. I think this site can put together a nice package for you, at a reasonable cost. If you meet the lady, and things go good, hire a lawyer to complete the fiance visa, I know a firm with a 100% success rate, and they are reasonably priced. Then the lady comes here, and you take it from there. The process is time consuming, but it can be well worth it in the end. Just look out for scammers and ladies who ask for money, and you are ok. If you have been looking for years, and came up empty, maybe you are doing something wrong, or giving up too easy. Remember, my friend, nothing worthwile in life is easy. Was I scammed through all these sites in the past? Yes I did maybe not as much as others mainly because I found Yulia very quickly during the first month when I started all this. Am I in a position to generalize about every Russian/Ukrainian woman out there and say they're all like Yulia or they're all frauds? By all means no, I don't have enough experience and I don't think anyone does. I read on this thread some things that are not right about girls not being serious and doing this for fun. My Yulia started this for fun during the summer when she didn't have school. Her pictures were also glamor pictures and she did showed her extremely well shaped body. There is nothing wrong with that. These girls are from Eastern Europe, they're not from Iraq. There is nothing wrong starting something for fun and then finding love. The opposite would be suspicious. I can tell you that what I saw in my Yulichika's pictures back then is nothing comparing to the beauty that she is. My mouth, tongue and teeth fell to the floor the first time I saw her and I am still losing myself in her eyes and stairing at her like a fool. And she looks at me and smiles and tells me "you're my man and I only belong to you". We fell in love out of accident, and it wasn't smooth either mainly because of me. But, we are together and I am the happiest I've ever been. Can this happen to others? I think yes! When you hear the bad stories, there are just as many good ones, but they aren't aws well publicized. mainly because the people here in this forum are still looking, and not settled yet.
