I was looking to book a holiday for us with decent weather and don't fancy Egypt again. I cannot find any info on visa requirements for Ukrainians to visit the Canary Isles As they are not part of the Schengen agreement I rather think they cannot go. Anyone know? Its no harder than getting a confirmed hotel room and having a bank account with some cash in it. They simply ask how will they support themselves. If they have a prebooked hotel room then that is a substantial amount of the expense. If there is a bank account with $500 to $1000 in it then that is further proof. For Dubai it required the hotel to sponsor the visa and required a credit card guarantee. France was easy, I had already done the hotel and flight bookings and my wife who was my fiance at the time paid a small fee for an interview and went wih required documents and a bank statement. She had the visa that day.
