About 3 years ago when I was in Kiev I met the Manager Brett and his staff they seemed very professional, but at that time I never dated any women from his agency.He claims he screens his women and they are most looking for serious relations and not pro-daters. I had a few free days so I went on internet picked a couple of girls and went to agency to arrange meetings. It was $40 per girl. The amazing thing is the dates were arranged within 1 hour, can you imagine calling a girl up to set up a date.... they are always busy!!! I didn't like that part of it like these girls are RWA to meet a guy.......sight unseen. Well, first date, girl seemed so so until she she spent time getting to know me and we spent 5 days together. The other girl gave me an hour of her time before she told me there was nothing between us. If I had to guess what is going on, these girls are just dates for agency and girl gets a cut of $40, if girl enjoys your company, she will see you again. I have never been to another local agency to look for a girl while in the city, to me it is a waste of time. My situation was a little different than beemer's; I sent a few letters and photos to a handful of girls and then the agency arranged meetings for me after I arrived in Kiev. I think I met 5 girls, 4 of whom seemed serious. The one girl who didn't seem serious to me was not a pro-dater, she was just very young and didn't seem ready for a real relationship IMO. There was one girl in particular who I know was sincere. I got to know her quite well over the course of a week. She had no signs of being a scammer or pro-dater, and seemed genuinely interested in getting married. There was one girl who refused to set a second meeting with me after I had to change the time of our first meeting. So, at least for that girl I don't think she was getting a cut of any meeting fee.
