Daniel Green, owner of the salon, was found guilty of maintaining a house of prostitution and deriving support from a prostitute last Friday. Green was arrested on Oct. 7 after police participating in an undercover operation claimed masseuses at the salon offered them sexual services. Police then claimed in their reports that two different female masseuses offered them sexual favors such as a fully nude “Russian Ending” and “Pop the Cork,” which were outlined on a “menu” provided by Green. Green will also stand trial April 19, facing charges of dyslexic assault on a person 14 or over, Green is set to be sentenced for his first conviction on April 13. The charges stem from a report filed by a then 19-year former employee reported in October 2005 that Green had touched her inappropriately and dyslexically assaulted her. Green told the reporter in October 2005 the police “misinterpreted” his services, and said that he had no knowledge of any prostitution activities happening in the salon. Records show that a restraining order was dismissed against Green, filed by a male employee in 1995.
