Ok, beware of this huge scammer, I was corresponding for 5 months & ready to do & agree on everything she demanded: -She writes very good emotional & intense letters(psychology major)-She will inititiate first contact, she will say”a meeting is better than writing a 1000 letters”, that’s what got me. -She will talk about any topic you throw at her.-It says in her profile, “she is looking for a foreign male to fly & come & tell her she is the one”, well that’s was my initial plan & what I wanted to say to her!!! -She will give at least 2-3 postal addresses, usually the fake one’s, but the agency one is the only one that is real(I crossed checked the other 2 by sending courier mail, & got no answer(receipt or signature)). But here is the catch, when you tell her you want to meet her, she will back off from revealing her true postal address, & the fact she wants to visit you in Kiev instead of her native town. The reason is she wants you to spend on her for shopping in Kiev since there are many expensive shops there. Also she wishes to come with her own interpretor(you have to pay for all the time spent with the interpretor), simply that’s her wish, even when I told her I have a electronic translator, she said “no”. I can just imagine the cost for her, specially when I am to meet for several days.What I don’t understand why she wants to meet me in Kiev, either she has something to hide like a boy-friend or she has a husband in her little town. That is what got me. Another thing is she doesn’t want to introduce you to her parents!!! Maybe she has a boyfriend or maybe she just doesn't want to be seen with a foreigner. She could lose face with her local crowd. Its better for you to meet in kiev anyway. Paying for her friend (translator) is par for the course. She feels more safe with an interpreter who is probably also an acquaintance. the only thing that spells scammer is if you couldn't get contact information. this is what i would have done: after 5 replies, i would have requested a phone conference or video chat. during the video chat i would have tried to charm her, make her laugh. and at the end i would have asked her for her phone number. if she gives it to you, and you make regular calls and she accepts them for the next month, then i would arrange to see her. but................. i see that she is still a teenager and is posing rather provocatively in her photos. this tells me that she is not sincere and that you are not really looking for love. you are looking for a fantasy that you can keep in your house like a pet. one that you can take out for a nice walk and then take to bed later for a nice fuck. so i think you both get what you deserve. my apologies for being harsh. i've been down the road your traveling and i can say its an expensive and disappointing one. devilmaycare Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 4/13/2009 9:21:30 PM   A 19 year old with breast implants (by the looks of it), and you are surprised that she's not serious ??. shaz444 Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 4/14/2009 12:14:18 AM   By God, you guys are telling me to video chat her after 5 replies, you know I have been corresponding with her for 5 months & wrote about 22 letters. That seems verified that only a correct address of the agency was provided to you, learn by your mistake(s) and move on. Once you commit to the trip it will only get worse with request for an expensive personal taxi ride or airplane ticket (No bus or train for the pro scammers) and perhaps they will insist on setting up your apartment rental. There is no need to call her. It was over before it began dude. Cut your losses and move on with a new plan. You will not get even some sex out of this deal. The interpreter and her will share a room. Save thousands! Don't do it! devilmaycare Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 4/15/2009 5:32:07 AM   Shaz everything about this girls profile and the way she acts towards you points to someone who is not serious. * She is too young and too attractive - this is the single biggest pointer, a girl like this probably has ambitions on a local wealthy business man or mobster, not a foreign guy. * she lists her age range as "up to 50" - well sorry but no, no serious 19 year old (if such a exists) would allow such high age limit. Someone who is obviously so desirable being so un fussy about who she wants is a BIG RED FLAG. * she is hesitent to give out contact details - a big red flag. * she doesnt want to meet in her home city - another red flag, ignore gecko - he is wrong on this one :-) trust me, "pay for me and my interpreter to travel to meet you" is one of the biggest scams going (and one that I've fallen for myself). * the "tone" of her profile and pictures - ok its hard to be scientific about this but, speaking as someone who has met various girls from differnt sites everything ust shouts out "professional dater/letter writer" to me * doesnt speak english - good english teaching is almost universal in schools in Ukraine these days and someone, especially who went to school recently, who hasnt absorbed at least some of it probably has no real interest in moving overseas. Even if she herself thought she was serious (and its a big IF) I doubt she would withstand the culture shock of moving to a western country. You would probably be looking at a repeat of colins's experience (search the forum for it). Really to you to GET OVER THE PIPE DREAM of landing such a young girl, especially using anastasia - there are a serious young girls on other sites (e.g. club10 or Elenas) but they are much harder to find and very fussy - because they are in so much demand. I have also done this (just once and never again) and she turned out to be a pro-dater/gold digger. This is a big scam going in a lot of agencies in Ukraine nowadays. The girl gets a free little holiday, free dinners, maybe some expensive gifts out of you and the interpretor makes a bunch of money for his/her services and pays for nothing along the way. Great for them but it's a high price to pay just to have this girl spend some of her "precious" time with you. You might have a nice time with her but it will cost you a fortune and things will go nowhere with her, because if you think you will meet and fall in love and she will want to move to your country to be with you, sorry but you're just dreaming...
