We don't want her to regularly go a long distance to an internet cafe. But the two of them need good ongoing communication - from Ukraine to Australia. This is in Lugansk. Does anyone have any knowledge of a reasonable satellite Internet service in Ukraine and its cost? Use GSM-protocol modems: 1) Utel 2) MTS cheap and normal (not less than 512 kb/s) - you can chat (without video).
