Dear customers!
We are trying to avoid possible scammers on our site. When we work with agencies its hot hard to do, we are in contact with all managers, we have a contract with them and we can take legal actions in case of scam. So agencies are responsible for every girl they send us. But things are much more complicated when a girl is registered and independent and has a private e-mail address. Sometimes things she writes from the site account are okey, but then she offers you to send messages directly at her e-mail address and we cant track possible scam from here.
So please here is the list of things we are kindly asking you to report to site administrator:
-when girl is asking you for money. Doesnt matter if she does it from the site or she is writing it directly from her personal e-mail address.
We can check all messages send by lady from her site account, but sometimes they start asking for money only when they start direct correspondence.
-when the girl that is registered on the site like independent starts asking you to use the services of some local agency that can help her.
Usually it is a trick of some agencies that doesnt signed a contract with us. They place their girls with provate e-mail and then try to redirect our customers to use their services.
-when you see that she is sending you pre-written letters. If its a first introductory letter-its okey. But when it is a response to your message-please inform us about it.
-when from the address of the girl you get a message from someone who intruduces himself like her friend and offers his help in your correspondence. Usually the request for money comes shortly.
-if she refuses to give you her postal address, explaining that rules of the agency doesnt allow her to do it.Thats not true, ladies here are free to give their addresses to anyone.
-if you've seen her photo on some other sites under other name or surname or even seen her name mentioned in a scam list.
Good thoughts. I compliment Fiance.com on the help they have given me here with my questions. I have had suspisions and I have contacted cutomer service they were very helpful and the one time I suspected she was a scammer "she was not" it was just a misunderstanding mostly on my part. I am very glad I contacted customer service first as I am coming to meet her in February.
Olga if only all websites were as responsible as this one then the question of scamming would be irrelevant.Just by taking the stand you do instills a lot of confidence in your business.I wish I had found this site a lng time ago.......but I am done with searching now.
You will never take a back seat, my friend, you are the man! Searching for 4 years, never giving up, and finding the perfect lady, you are the model of perserverance, and the model of what is good with this site, and what it stands for. I can only hope to achieve what you have.
Yes they are Chip, but most people here are streetwise enough not to fall for that.......and for those who aren't,then ask advice.......it doesn't cost and personally speaking I am happy to share any knowledge I have....as I am sure that many other contributors on here do also.
Yea, I have posted a letter from a so called travel agency in a previous post, i think it would have fooled a lot of people, and judging by the professional pictures, and the way this lady dresses, plus she lives in a small town in Ukraine, I think it has fooled people in the past.
Encountered following message recently. Would like to know if it's an affiliated co. of fiance.com. if so, I might give it a try..... (ID nr. 21148) I have my doubts, the lady in question has double name Elvira at yr site an mentione Ulia at theirs.........

Moderater help, Olga I have been in correspondence with a lady in Riga. Apparently she received some mail via the postal system that was intercepted by her parents becuase she was in the hospital. She wrote me that she would be canceling her membership at Anatasia and gave her address on how to contact her through Aurelia but I have no idea how to contact Aurelia as a forwarding service in the mean time. Suggestions?
If she is still on our site her agency( Aurelia) will forward her your messages. We have nothing to do with Anastasia, this is an independent company.
You can contact Aurelia agency directly if you want, I'll e-mail you their e-mail address and phone number.
