And yep, Martin thats why I need a mule :) DHL last 3 times I sent from US was $120. 2 out of 3 packages made it. The last one they wanted some 1000 grivna on this side just to pick the package up. I told them to send it back. They didn't charge me anything when I came over and had it on my person and checked baggage. You are allowed a certain tobacco weight in grams. Not that they count it seeing as its in ounces...or that they even know what it is for that matter.
