I am sure this site provides the service, but if not, there is a very good travel agency that has an excellent reputation in Yoshkar-Ola, they will set you up with everything you need. I do not know the website offhand, but it is called "virginia travel agency". Maybe have your lady stop in to a few and get information for you. If you are not comfortable with that, if you are near to Salt Lake City, there must be a large travel agent there. If not, try looking on the 'net. I am sure you can get a nice package. Actually, I was looking on Expedia.com, and airfare isn't that bad, you might want to check that too, i know there are hotels and stuff there. Another thought is to check with Aeroflot. All the airlines here have air + hotel deals, St. Pete is a big city, maybe Aeroflot may have a deal with a nice hotel. Maybe that is something else your lady can look into for you. Individual airlines offer amazing deals.
