when did we advise that hehe:)? we said that webcam girls do honest job entertaining clients that pay them.
a complaint was that dating agency put girls in front of webcam to chat with men, when girls pretend that they like them and getting paid by the agency for doing it.
let me translate ))) he says he met a girl and that girl told him that she works as a webcam girl... so he's asking people here what that is.. I don't know why he can't just the girl???
I dont understand. The reason to why i ask the question on this site is because i am a member here. And i have seen the subject mentioned in some posts.
ok , N if I follow Alexander's explanation, then yes she makes money on webcam websites. I would assume she shows herself for money:)
also, Alexander is right. ask her. may be she meant something else, may be she is teaching ukrainian using webcam
I have another question. Especially to them who knows something about Ukraine.
I have seen advertisment in Ukrainian online newspapers and on job sites.
There they seek girls who can work as webcam girls.
I was just wondering what the general view on this is. Is this a job they take as the last way out of poverty? Or is this a common job in Ukraine?
Excuse me for being judgemental, I am from Norway and I have never heard about anyone who had to do this for a living.
Ask yourself. If in the Norwegian papers they advertised looking for a WebCam Man? Would you take that job? How low do you have to be to take it? (Assuming you are hot and good looking, for a man.)
Ukraine is a normal country with normal people who have all sorts of normal jobs.
Some people do work as a stripper in a bar. Some work as prostitutes. Some are bank officials. Some are taxi drivers. Some are managers in a department store. Some are webcam girls.
You make your own judgement; we can't do it for you.
I'm not asking anyone to think for me.
I'm asking because i want to know how it is in Ukraine.
In Norway it would be unthinkable to make a living as a webcam girl.
And since you ask "how low do you have to be to take it" i guess you think the same as i do.
I don't think that anyone does this unless it is the last way out of a bad situation.
But then again, whats normal in Norway isn't necesarry normal in Ukraine.
And i don't think Ukraine is a not normal country. But it is a fact that in Ukraine people make a living as webcam girls and in Norway they don't.
sorry N, for some people it is unthinkable, for some are very thinkable. even in Norway, I am sure.
so do not separate Ukraine too much from Norway. if Norway had problem with paying socialist support to their citizens, ladies would probably enjoy making money posing on webcams. Even Norwegian ladies will find their fans:)
there are plenty of women in the USA making money as "webcam girls". Yes it is another version of the 'oldest profession', but I must assume there are those who buy into it. I am sure it is everywhere, even in Norway. Would you yourself wish to be involved with someone who poses for any number of men as long as they fork out the bucks? It is not a way for a woman to meet a sincere man looking for an honest -- and decent -- woman. It is way to make a few bucks - nothing more.
about webcam girls is that they strip and ...... for money
You answered your own question. She's a stripper, very simple. And regardless of what you read or hear, the situation in Ukraine is not that drastic that the only jobs for people are as webcam girls.
You have to make up your own mind if you can have a relationship with a stripper.
You cannot save what is already drowned. Let go of the stone, you will sink. If you save a damsel in distress you, will have a distressed damsel. It make a good fairy tale, but a bad life. Dignity is not relative to money, education or intelligence. It is "unseen" and in the heart. Of course like water it seeks it's lowest level and gets dirtier as it flows from it's source
Sorry fellas, but I have to respectfully disagree. While I don't condone 'that' sort of behaviour, it's not right to go casting moral judgements and accusations without knowing the motivation in play. To say that someone is simply a bad person, or is beyond help, is cold in any circumstance, but especially without knowing the full story.
I don't know this girls situation, so I'll neither defend or condemn her, but I'll simply remind nasfan that the choice between going on the game and watching your children starve doesn't employ too much abstract reasoning around morality. It's feed them first, worry about 'life lessons' later. Also, Rodan, if you read John chapter 8, you'll notice that where Jesus was talking about stones, he was defending a prostitute at the time. You are right in one regard though - if you try to save someone because you want something out of it (i.e., a marriage) then it's going to be difficult to say the least, especially because you're so close to the problem, and have no objectivity. Personally I'd refer her to an agency that can help as opposed to trying to 'save' her myself.
Not attacking anyone, and if it comes across that way, I apologise. I just don't see the need for anyone else to attack either. FYI, I'm a Pastor by profession, and I work with young people who society in general has 'written off'. So far I've turned around 200, all of whom were given up on as 'simply bad' people.
