I have sent that and quite a few more. I have sent about a dozen packages. Only one did not make it. Your fed ex office should be able to tell you whether there is a duty charge on it. You can also check all the duty charges online at their website. I have always done all of this online i have never had a duty charge for anything. All of my boxes of gifts sent to Russia arrived with red tape holding together when it was sliced open.
