She's fine to deal with, and her focus always seems to be on getting her girls married. I lost count of the amount of girls she actively encouraged to give me their mobile numbers (many agencies charge for contact details). To be honest, most of their prices are slightly higher than the competition (aprettyrussianwife.com aka polena agency is about ten times Sumy Love's size), but I actually like the personal touch, so I preferred dealing with them. FYI, first time I wrote to a Sumy girl, she also gave me Natalia's info when I asked for her address. Still, I emailed Natalia and she gave me the girls address straight away (again, many agencies charge for this).
