In some context she mentioned that it costs her steeply everytime she responds to an email she receives from the guys. I was under the impression that email responses are free for the ladies using your services? I got that from reading the Russian part of your services targeting women. What am I missing? If indeed the girls have to pay for each response, given the economic circumstances in Russia, I think it is patently unfair for them, and to some extent to your patrons overseas. Some of the girls may not be able to correspond even if they want to because they can't afford it. Could you share your thoughts on this with us? However, this would seem to be the biggest scam in teh book. She doesn't mention the costs of e-mailing in her letters because they are read and send by the agency for free, and they woul dremover her and get her in trouble if she tried to ask fo rmoney in a letter. I think she mentioned it on the phone hoping you would tell her you will send her money for the e-mails. We will see. However, the context in which this was brought up was more to see if we can open an alternate channel of communication rather than using the 'agency' email ('cause of its costs). The other point is that this girl is fluent in English so there are no translation costs involved. My hunch is that she is perhaps talking about her local agency that maybe an affiliate of this service. I was hoping that Olga (or someone else) would clear this up for me. Olechka, where art thou? olegnay Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 1/11/2004 2:06:10 PM   I am answering for Olga. there are two type of ladies on the site: 1. with private email. - nobody charges girls for anything. fiance.com invest in calling them over the phone to verify. they spent only on their internet service provider, or whoever provide them email. mentioning that reply cost money is preparation for asking fro money:) it is her problem anyway. using internet cost money to you too. girls do not pay any membership. 2. girls who are registered with the agency email. they may pay agency fees. depend on the agency. well they have to.. agency does big work for them : 1. preparing their profile, photos, placing there ads to different systems. delivering replies. yes it cost them money. the same way as it cost money to pay internet provider. agencies are getting paid for mail forwarding from fiance.com as Olga has already explained , but very little. some of the agencies provide service to ladies for free. they are happy what they got from us, or other systems. my opinion - ladies must pay locally to their agencies. it is the same as girls, or you with personal email are paying for internet service provider. my opinion again - you want to meet foreign men - invest into it. if you are serious. if she starts making hints that she doesn't have money-- I do not like it personally. chipscher Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 1/12/2004 4:39:17 PM   from a girls perspective though, she goes into this endevour knowin gabout the language barrier, and knowing about some costs.
