Does this mean that her profile has been removed? Example ID 111970 wont work when it did yesterday. I agree with Muzzy that if the number is only a few weeks old then something to look at. Some women will "Refresh" the profile by closing it and relisting. It puts them in the front of the line again. IF the postings are very old, then they are usually "Independent" and their E-mail may not even be active any longer. I know of some ladies that have relisted 4 times. My lady friend cancelled her profile with one agency because of some trouble she had with them.
