There have been letters back and forth, chats. I also sent flowers once and called another girl once. I've asked Anastasia customer service if the girls receive any sort of compensation, a commission or whatever, for the money I spend in their behalf. Anastasia has denied this, but I just can't believe the women are not somehow compensated, and thus motivated to stimulate continuing interest from paying members like me. Can anyone shed light on this? I wonder how many people I could get to invest in ownership of the Golden Gate Bridge just by advertising it on a website. No doubt thousands would invest some of their welfare money for a chance to be a part owner of the bridge. Or perhaps even acreage in Death Valley? I am amazed that many still ask this question after it has been beaten to death umpteen times already. Although it is true there are diamonds in the rough, the average Joe has no idea about the unscrupulous tactics employed by this agency. Or that most of the ladies on this site are either there just to get extra income or entirely fictitious. I had a brief brush with anastasia - spent no money. Global ladies, rwglobe and a couple others. rwglobe actually refunded my initial fee when I put a stop to it almost immediately. I posted that over a year ago. The fact that I was getting love letters from 20 year olds in bikinis before I even posted a profile enlightened me very quickly. This has been discussed ad nauseam and you still come to the defense of anastasia. To the unwary this (anastasia and others like it) can be a devastating experience. It is unfortunate that there are 'real' women on this site hoping for a chance to meet a 'real' man. If a woman was serious about this she should explore other options and investigate the agency before hand. My lady told me she signed up on a dating site but after learning more about it and what goes on she 'quit' and went to EM. When used properly it IS a vehicle to meet ladies. Sure it may be more expensive than many others and its rules are stricter in some senses but I can imagine the senseless guys that pour money into it thinking some young chick is into him....whose to blame??? the girl, she is the entertainment, the agency or site, their into making money, the guys.........well that is where I would lay the blame....99% of the time. Yes, I have heard many stories of guys duped by girls but did you hear the actual story or only that some girl lied to him or strung him out for money.......The real story is this balding overweight lonely guy who couldn't get a date at home with any AW had HEARD that these young chicks in FSU countries don't mind age or looks and if you got a few bucks you got the pick of the litter!!!! Behavior's are formed on what happens to people...it is called learned behavior. These girls from FSU countries didn't start out the way things are now. It is the ease to pry western men from their money so easily that developed this MOB business along with the interent. As for the girls, who can blame them. Yes, the men who get duped over and over are to blame. Either because they are foolish or they don't have a clue about it. Or perhaps it is just living in a fantasy world to some - I don't know. But think about it, there are those who pay the 1-900 phone sites (in America)to talk to "women" late at night. Not exactly the same thing but a similar premise don't you think? I do recall my first trip to Kiev. I noticed some of the other clients of the agency I visited. There were very good looking younger men there. Perhaps they were sex tourists but who knows. I did run into an 'older' gent who was with a lady. He was not a desirable fellow - in my book anyway. And I did see several older types with young hotties. My gf said to me, 'She is hooker.' I takes all kinds. How many serious women have been hoping for a few years and never have someone visit yet keeps them on the hook? I don't know but I can suppose more than one. Then after years of frustration why not try to turn a buck from it... This debate will go on forever. New agencies pop up all the time. Everyone wants to get in on the fun - making money that is. It's called the american way.....a capitalist society. So many people are into whatever for the almighty 'buck'. It's kind of funny hearing how 'sites' or 'agencies' are using westerners to make profits( even unethical)......all I have to do is look into news here and you can find the same. It is everywhere. Only difference is now 'emotions' are involved.......and through loneliness, bad decisions are made!!! I always wondered why people so easily 'lose' money in Vegas with no problem but if a site/ agency takes their money for some entertainment they yell scam, scam. It almost happened to me on my way to my first assignment in Alameda. We stopped and my buddy played black jack. I thought I would try the slots. Long story short, if I had put in the third dollar instead of keeping it as a souvenir I would have scored something like 13 million dollarinos! I remember my reaction vividly when 5 bags of money with a 7 in them came up in a row. I started to jump and sweat. When all the bells and whistles didn't go off I was panicky. The attendant told me if I had put the third dollar in I would have won the progressive jackpot. I threw the souvenir dollar in the trash and never looked back. I never gambled since. My thoughts were that God didn't want to be a millionaire. But for sure I was cured of gambling the very first time I tried it! So when I went, I had success. I never thought about not finding the right woman for me; I knew that I could. Partially because I am a nice man who may fit the right woman's criteria and I knew that I could find the right woman for me. As I stated many times, off the bat, I corresponded with a handful of very nice and very serious women. After two months of almost daily correspondence I had to "choose" the one; actually we both chose each other. Yes we both lucked into each other and we verified that when we met and continued that verification during the long visa process. Today is our 1 year wedding anniversary. We are more happy now than before. I had the good fortune of making friends with a Lugansk local a few years ago. The guy knows a lot of girls, but he's NOT a matchmaker! We went to a disco called Egoist...... a very popular place. He introduced me to a drop dead beautiful girl is a professional model and was celebrating her 18th birthday that night.
