I have two (in my opinion) issues with the search facility. 1. I can't filter out only candidates that are part of an agency (or vice versa, candidates who are not with an agency). Is there a way to filter this? 2. I wish I could filter on profile text. I find many that put information in their text profile that is either different from the selections (mainly occupation) or is more indepth. Being able to filter on this would be helpful to me. Maybe I slept to much in my classes at school, but I don't think there are this many "St.Petersburg"... (S-Petersburg, S. Piterburg, S. Pitersburg, Saint-Petersburg, St-Petersburg, St.-Petersburg, St.Petersburg...etc...) If by chance, I am looking in Azov, then lookin in Rastov on Don and other nearby cities would save time. Having a search by province would be the best solution I can think of. This mainly applies to Russia itself, since it spans from the Atlantic to the Pacific.
