Because of that, I do not use dating sites to find an new interestes. I was clearing out all the collect "junk mail" and found an e-mail in from a young woman (21) from Nikolaev (of course....) w2ho was "depserate" to write me and hear from me. So out of cureosity I responded only to recieve this response: "As agency presents me as a lady from Ukraine we need to go through procedure IMBRA Marriage Broker Regulation for US citizens only The International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (H.R. 3402 Title VIII - Subtitle D) goes into effect on March 6, 2006. First you need to contact my agency manager Inna by email inga2005@mksat.net and to write the United States Client Attestation which agency manager sent to you in the letter. Then you need to sent it back to agency. Please write it from hand, put your signature at the end, do not need notary registration. Then please scan document and sent it to agency. The agency managers will translate it Attestation form (Russian version)and give to the lady to me. Then lady (I) will write Lady’s consent They’ll sent to you my information and your information to me at once they got the payment from you. Their service cost one hundred dollars. Will you do that for me please? Let me know then I go to agency office tommorow. Thank you" So for a $100, I get to communicate with a total stranger.... LMAO Should I even waiste my time reporting her to the agency? Needless to say I never got the contact information only numerious excuses. Then she tried to get me to hire her agency for more services on my next trip before I even bought my plane tickets to go. Dont send any money to her. She is 31 years lady from Nikolaev, and I met her. She is listed on site fiance.com too under so many profiles with different names. I met her as Inga Kovalenko in year 2011-12 but later she removed her profile from the site and reopened it under other names. I have all her photos too since we spent 3 or 4 days together in nikolaev. She "leads men on" with false words and shows lot of places more as a tourist guide than as anything else. its her way of getting business for her 2 car "travel agency". Be warned and be careful. Dont send money to strangers who quote IMBRA. she quoted it to me too after i reached nikolaev, but i refused to pay on the email and sent my local phone number and she contacted me anyway. You would find it very difficult to deal with her as she knows almost every "trick in the book" but i was surprised that she was such, even at her younger age (i met her when she was 28), and really shocked that younger people in Ukraine also are so capable to "run bizness" with such kind of tricks, to invite foreigners and give them a "ride" for their money. NOthing wrong if the lady tells she is a travel agent and offers services. But posing as a potential date and then taking you on long taxi rides, saying "its our way, the man has to entertain the bride by impressing her during the initial stages of the courting, with gifts and lots of outings to places", is really going to catch all you greenhorns out ! you wont know what is happening, just long rides in her taxi service and outings, and you buy her some gifts, and nothing seems to be happening ! Really wasting your time when you can meet more serious ladies !
