Has anybody here had any experience with buying property in the Ukraine? I do believe that they really want to become part of the EU?? I have researched some places and you can pick up some apartments/houses still quite cheap there. I know they don't have a problem with international buyers either.
I had thought of this when i visited Prague in 2007 but they had already taken off a bit so the deals there weren't that great really. So i am thinking the only way with countries such as these to go is up. Especially if they do get in on the EU.
Just wondering if anybody has had the same thoughts or first hand experience in this field??
Hi, two of my friends are going to buy property in Ukraine this fall. I'm assisting them now. I will tell the story of how it was when the finish the procedure.
Ukraine (I wonder why you spell it with "the") isn't going to be a part of EU at least another 5 years.
Ukraine in the EU? In 5 years there will be no EU. The Euro is falling apart, just look at Greece. The US dollar will fall shortly afterwards. In 5 years the currency of choice will be either be the chinese currency or a brand new currency that will be a world currency. If you buy anything better not have a huge loan on the property or you will be royally screwed when the next and bigger economic crisis occurs.
