( How money I must pay? ) Thanks for your Help eric Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 9/12/2011 8:49:55 PM   in the summer it costs $6 or more per bar to get in. the odessa police in arcadia arrested me twice for holding an alcoholic drink in my hand while walking on the board walk from 1 cafe to another. and a photo id without a stamp of my arrival date. each time they tried to steal my passport and other documents and demand about $50 to get them back. or stay in prison overnight if i not pay them. i lost them at an atm machine each time when i told them i needed to leave their office to get some money. a border guard stole $100 from me once while leaving ukraine by train. iron port also called zelezne port near kherson is smaller but much better than odessa. it is a small arcadia beach with 3 or so big clubs. only open may till september however. hotels aren`t more than $20 where as in odessa they get up to $100. since there are not so many tourists there, the cops aren`t corrupt and filthy like in odessa.
