She is applying for her fiancee visa and I have been told that i need a letter of intent to accompany it. Can anyone give me a rough guide to the contents of this letter? Specifically, what you intend to do that would fulfill their requirements. I don't know if it's the UK, but if it is the US, it would be to marry her. I would go through the rough details of the marriage, the place where you both will stay, your work, her potential work, if you intend of having a baby..... Have enough details to show that your intentions are real. We were interviewed separately. Immigration had lots of questions for me until I pointed out she was in the lobby with my daughter. There was this guy, manager, who would go to the morning meetings. That was a bunch of people who had "the plan" and their only concern was to be "on schedule". A bit removed from this group was another group that actually made things happen. Based on what was actually going on, status and manpower available, this group truly did run things. Well this 'manager' came to the group one morning and stated the (other group) wanted this done, that done and this is their priority. The person in the group that actually makes things happen said, "No, this is what we're going to do..." The 'manager' insisted on stating, "No, this is the priority!" etc. etc. etc. After all the bantering this 'manager' left the room. When he did finally leave the room the guy running things asked, "Is he retarded?" It was laughed off. An half-hour later the guy asked emphatically, "No, seriously is he retarded?" This has nothing to do with this forum. But in a way it is relative to what I am about to ask. I am not arguing or name calling (boo hoo). I am simply asking a question. And to be sure, this question is not solely related to this thread.
