There are many individuals who have suffered greatly from this deception. Marriage agencies are typical of this behavior. The women advertised as sweet, loving and pleasant individuals are mostly working with the agency to scam you. A city in the east of Ukraine called Lugansk / Luhansk is notorious for such behavior. Odessa happens to be the prostitution capital. Kiev has also been noted for such fraudulent activities. I am presently handling a great deal of cases which involve this matter.
