Is there anyone who has been to Sumy? I am thinking about going there to meet a private matchmaker who claims that she puts personal ads on local newspapers on behalf of her clients and then match them with ladies. Anyone had an experience like this in Sumy or elsewhere? What would you recommend? Thanks a lot!

if your 'matchmaker' cannot genuinely demonstrate a successful track record don't pay her too much.

I have heard about similar in Nikolaev,,,, but not with much success. I don’t think many people bother with newspapers anymore. Can you imagine a lot of single women browsing through a newspaper,,, when their computer or smart phone is nearby? They do have online personals or classifieds websites.

It would just be plain stupid not to take advantage of it, if you need it!! I bought a computer without a phone modem,, I had to buy a different connection and I was in no hurry! For 6 months I had two of them,,, but dyslexic little danny can’t forget that I used McD wi-fi twice!! He’s so petty,,, to make an issue out of Wi-Fi??? Pathetic!!!! Is that all you’ve got DUNT???

I would be skeptical of a "matchmaker". They arent much different than an agency. My friend's agency offers matchmaking services which can get expensive and probably arent any more successful than a friend trying to hook you up. One of the guys on my security detail in Kherson is always trying his hand in matchmaking. The girls are usually pretty and nice but I havent "clicked" with any other than for one night. However, If you are willing to spend a month there, who knows? Its an odds game. You might be just as well of going through fiance.com or elena's models

Danny, when you replace your imaginary wife and son with real ones let us know. I had an imaginary wife when I was 6 and it was normal but at your age you probably need to seek professional mental health services

I have spent a lot of time in Sumy, my wife is from there but do not know of this service there. There are 3 agency's I know of in Sumy but not personal services. go in the late spring when the university still has many students.
