Centrally located, not many foreigners / very little english,younger population, a ton of high level academic institutes and the hottest women/girls whatever per capita...in all my travels. Reikartz is a great full service, english speaking hotel - stayed there - city central. 3+ star for 44/nt. Every cafe, restaurant, pizza joint, shop I visited, I was chatted up. High level of education, but no where to "practice". I made connections at the hotel, in the cafe and through these women met, THEIR friends and so on....for me is turned out way better than the $$$$$$ I have spent on various websites trying to connect. All I said was, will you be my city guide? And they all jumped at the "privilege". I'd say, your first visit over, should just be a vacation..7- 10 days. Sit and admire the cities your visit. Acclimate yourself to the high level of beauty you will be inundated with...when groups of stunningly beautiful, hot, sexy women walk by, notice how little attention they get from local men. Locals have been spoiled. These women dress like this everyday. Last week, it did not matter the weather. Short skirt, legs to die for, heels...the works....and this was this week, Nov 12.
