So here this goes I met my love last summer in the u.s. she was here on a J1 visa from moldova, she is 25 im 26. the relationship was amazing from the beginning after 3 months she had to go back to finish her last year of university. we have spoken to each other every day since she left in September multiple hours every day. I love her with all my heart as does she we are truly in love she Is now graduating in june, she applied for another j1 visa to come back this summer she had her meeting with the embassy and she got denied today. I love her I know i want to be with her how do i get her here as quickly as possible. She is my everything when i found out she got denied i had the worst thoughts ever that i just wanted to be dead if i can not have her please if anyone knows a way to help me and my love out i would truly appreciate it
1. Keep your shirt on, son. You wanted to be dead? You need a little perspective. People who want something in the worst way ... often get it in the worst way.
2. Do you know why her visa was denied?
3. If (A) you are both SERIOUSLY ready to marry, (B) you have a regular source of income above the federal poverty threshold, (C) you don't have a criminal record, (D) can afford at least a few hundred (or more practically, a couple of thousand) bucks for the process, and (E) she doesn't have a "black mark" with immigration that would prevent her from getting ANY US visa (see 2 above) ... then you could help her to immigrate using a K1 visa. In this case, go to visajourney.com and start reading.
Sorry dont want anyone thinking that I am going to kill myself, life is a precious gift i just felt that id rather not be in this world if i can not be with her. Her visa was denied because the embassy told her she is graduating her university in 2 months and they will not approve her for the chance she may not return too many exchange students don't go back. She has no black marks, i work in a low income job and am trying very hard to save money to proceed with the k1 visa, does anyone know if it is better to go through a lawyer to try and speed up this process and how much it will cost with or without a lawyer? I have read it will take 9 months for her to get this visa is there any faster way?
Do not bother with a Lawyer, all they are are paid babysitters of your petition. Just because you have a lawyer does not make the process go any faster. I prepared all the forms for my wife's k-1 and the adjust of status after we got married. Had no problems. Just be sure you read all the instructions and have all your evidence prepared (pictures, phone call records, etc) neec any help pm me.
Hope you know what you are doing, Don't know US immigration policy. I have Just finished my battle.
with Canadian gov. My wife will be in Canada soon. I will tell you this You will have your love for this woman tested in more ways then you know. Good Luck to you
