I'll get to IEV at 23:00 and need to connect at KBP at 6:00 in the morning. The taxi, which I hailed through the dispatcher via telephone. As I left the terminal I was approached by taxi drivers and their price stated at 300 hyrv. to the train station, an approximate 10 minute drive. I had gotten one driver down to 80 hyrv, but he was hazed by another driver and scurried away. I had already checked the price through the dispatcher and was quoted 38 hyrv, so called the dispatcher and a taxi was sent in about 10 minutes. The driver by chance spoke excellent English. I gave him 50 hryv and got his telephone number if anyone is interested, P.M. me. He lives is the neighborhood of the train station.
