Where is the office to apply for international passport? I have been to Odessa on two seperate occasions, and have met who I believe is a wonderful lady. I want to pay her fee for her passport application, but I don't know where she should go. BTW- I have heard of amounts as low as $35usd and as high as $200usd, the biggest reason is due to time it takes to get passport, a few days as opposed to over a month. *This does not include any markups for any agency, girls, ect.
