For that matter neither are some of the agencies. I think agencies or any other business should focus on service and word of mouth will follow. They need not find another business. I do think I will have to go more towards selling advertising in the future and not commission from the agency's. I do expect social media to play a bigger role in connecting people and not so much the agency.
