They are from the Donetsk area. I think it is more likely the troubles would come getting a visa. I have recently heard some troubles getting in-laws visas despite providing adequate info and having strong ties to their home.....even to have only one parent at a time come did not change outcome. You've got an unphill battle. If it comes down to it, get your congressmen involved, it may 'sway' some minds in immigration.....as a last resort thou.
