No, you don't know know each other very well, but you should have "lived" together for a total of several months by that point. The 90 days isn't really the deadline, in the first 2 years you can file for a divorce and she goes home. You should be decient about it and send her off with at least 1 years income but it may be her decision to leave you too. I can tell youi will never leave my wife. Demanding russian women? Really? Mine is an absolute angel. In my whole life I've never met a person as thoughtful and kind as she is. She's the last woman in my life no matter what happens, but I'm positive she's here for the testy of my life. I heard somewhere that, in the USA (maybe the UK too), If she comes up with her stories of violence the court may or would let her stay in the country. Who said that Russian wives are demanding? Another label put on them by Russian haters? Yes the 90 day fiance visa period should not be used starting from zero in the relationship. In the UK they will not give her the fiancee visa unless both of you can prove that you know each other well and have met at least once! You need to show copies of your correspondence, photos, air tickets, whatever you can. What some guys who got paid off did was to get a prepaid airline ticket to go overseas, take a phots with the girl, and then file the petition. They get paid (tens of thousands of dollars) when the lady arrives to the country and then file for divorce a few years later (or if the lady disappears soon after arriving, just report her missing). Then they can go through the same deal with another lady. You need x time before you can get a visa? In the 18 months before i filed we had lived together for a couple months. I read the oz post and I knew men screwed over WAY worse than that. What really matters is how the divorce rate of FSU women and American men compares to the divorce rate of American men and American women.
