Where are the best places to stay in the Ukraine for a couple of months? One of the 2009 posts said the Nikolaev girls are all gorgeous and are all happily married.
I know Kiev and Simferopol (if you can call it Ukraine)
Kiev is great for going out and sightseeing but I think the place to stay should relate directly to the ladies in question. If you have the choice between staying in a backwater in Ukraine (not the Chernobyl area or Donetsk I mean) with a lovely girl and staying in Kiev with a professional dater, I would go for the backwater.
I like Odessa. You have everything you need there - top notch hotels, restaurants. The only problem is that the city is full of professional daters. That doesn't mean that they all are though. I would say it's a mix of 50% pro daters and 50% legit.
you can find apartments not far from center for less than $400/mo in Odesa, Kiev, Nikolaev and Kherson.
$170 for small towns. per night rates in Kyiv and Odesa can be 30 bucks a night now to 70/night in summer if you do not
use the mainstream sites and go to local sites AirB&B is actually a good site for foreigners looking for a place to stay in Ukraine
Rick4girl: "AirB&B is actually a good site". Wow, this is good a site. We are renting our house out to Russian family next Spring using AirBnB. I did not even think to look in the Ukraine for AirBnB bookings.
