So long as it's consensual... 18 & 19 are still teenagers and the mind is still developing. For me this age bracket is a little too young and they don't provide any intellectual stimulus for me. A relationship is not just about sex. It's about companionship. There are also social repercussions you'll experience yes, even in Ukraine. If you're old enough to be her father then people will think that you're her father. I mean you want to be able to go out in public together without getting staring disapproving glares.
