Kiev Connections, located at 15 Mala Zhytomyrska Street, Office 1b. Kiev Ukraine used to be a busy, bustling little agency in the heart of Kyiv. Headed up by American Brett Ousley he personally managed an office which provided introductions to gentlemen from all over the world seeking a wife from Ukraine. There are many success stories you can see on his site kievconnections.com
Brett spent 12 years of his life in Kyiv personally hands on managing the agency. Sadly recently Brett has returned home mainly due to attacks by an individual by the name of Dave Stevens. He runs the site marriage-agencies-scams.com
He is responsible for attacks on many sites and agencies. It appears that he is a failed mail order bride hunter himself and when women reject him he brands the site or agency he dealt with a “scam agency”.
Brett Ousley has lost tens of thousands in revenue due to this unscrupulous individual. He has a wife and daughter to support and has had to return home in the US due to Dave Stevens’ meritless attacks.
We do hope that Brett is able to overcome these false negative reviews and unwarranted attacks because he is in fact providing such an invaluable service. Many have met their wife there. And let's hope that this Dave Stevens character can be shut down.
After paying 500 to join guess what? The attractive women I wanted to meet declined meeting although I came from afar and russian speaking too -don't bother! Sorry about this agency
KC can not force a girl to meet you if she doesn't like you.
I don't think their matchmaker service is the way to go. As I understand you can go to their office and pay per meeting $80. You can also purchase a package of 6 meetings $300.
The one thing I don't like about KC is that some girls post in their profile that they require taxi fare to meet and post the required amount. So you're in for another $50 in some cases.
It is very hard to believe that one individual has caused the downfall of this agency. I guess it goes to show how gullible the foreign bride seekers are.
this is my experience. i paid a visit to khersongirls on 10th of january and i write dave stevens in email telling him my experience. he replied me after 10 days telling me only in once sentece. DO not go to kiev connections, it is a scam.
i replied him asking if he read my email coz i didnt go to kievconnection but khersongirls.
so i even thing this anti scam website is an acutal scam

So I'm not the only 'failure' in TomZ's eyes ... I guess unless we're fucking young girlies all around Ukraine then we're deemed to be a failure in that fuckwit's eyes? :)
Pssst ... I was fucking my way around FSU women probably whilst he was in short pants :)
Guys let's get back to the business of helping and encouraging one another instead of all this in house fighting. It serves no purpose other than to enflame each other.
I for one am going to commit to no name calling or putting anyone down.
dchenmelb it may be that this "Dave Stevens" may be a fictitious character created by one of the competitor agencies. I mean really would you want to attack all these agencies and put your photo up as well?
marriage-agencies-scams.com
If you look at that site, which site is being promoted the most as a "good" agency or "gold" agency.
It's this one:
cinderella1.com
Right there are the top they have two videos, one of the owners of Cinderella and one of a supposedly satisfied client.
I am working on the theory that Dave Stevens doesn't actually exist and that Carl B. Loeber and Gregory A. Steele (owners of Cinderella) are actually behind the attacks on Brett Ousley and Kiev Connections.
They're basically saying that all the agencies in Ukraine are a scam and only theirs is legit. Get this: they have only about 46 ladies in their database.
