I only had one person’s word on it,, and it was his ex-wife. “Rick Skaggs is in federal prison for child exploitation and will not be getting out for at least 25 years” I’ve contacted several other people that know Rick, and many do not know all of the details, most know it was his problem with little girls. I tried to warn him, and anyone that listened to him, but to no avail. I remember when we argued about the age of consent, and how it did not matter what the age was in Ukraine, it was the age in the US that mattered. When doing my search, I searched for Rick not Charles. If he lives a life of aliases, this might only be the tip of the iceberg! I just got the news from a friend (ex-friend) of his. Since January, his dad has been posting on his Facebook page, writing stuff like "I love you son no matter what you did" (no updates by Rick himself) So I think it's true, he's locked up. It looks like he was doing real charity work. Its an awful story for whatever kids he hurt, and the kids he helped are losing out too. He's not a young guy. Stands a good chance of dying in jail.
