Its AnastasiaWeb guys !!! Need I say more ??? Jonny, This site is one of the most notorious for harbouring Known scammers, and they do absolutely Nothing about it. They have the Worst rep` in the whole industry, by miles !!! Both with us guys, and from other reputable agencies. Get a membership to fiance.com and get as far away from Anastasia as you possibly can !! They are vultures, as are 1000s of women who use their services !! I know the photo`s they have blow you away, but there is a very high chance that the girl in the photo isn't really the girl you will be writing to, they use model shots and shots of girls who have no idea that their photos are even there !! Please be very very careful if you choose to ignore my warnings. On the front page they claim to have 10000 ladies selected from 60000 applicants, don't you believe it mate, they will post Every application they get, because they don't care if the women are sincere or not, and they know every profile means more chances for them to make $s selling the address many times over !! And they do !!! With fiance.com you pay a very small monthly membership fee, and you are free to write to 100 women if you wish !! Its a far better deal for one, and fiance are far more in touch with the fight against scammers, they will remove any woman asking for money, and also break off business relations with any of the independent agencies they do business with if these agencies act inappropriately or post scam women on fiance.com. LOL I just found a really gorgeous girl on there guys, she is 22 and wants a man from 22 to 50 !! Now she Must be sincere, right ? A first time post using an email address "webdesign" and with a "russian" country code extension plugging a commercial and competitor site that has a hit counter in serious need of traffic. If you really wanted to find this girl (ahem...if she existed), you would take the time and search yourself. I think that basically means (with respect), "no, I will not be looking; thank you." and the owner of that domain is based in Riga only and the domain/site is registered 28 May last month just over a week old and not listed in a search engine! ;) hmmmm Ptichka Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 5/8/2004 2:14:45 PM   jonnyblack I'm very sorry to say a very bad thing...but when you buy a magazine and see the girl on the cover do you start searching her??? Or do you realize that this is a model and this is her job to make pictures for the first page??? Unfortunately Oleg, they fail, misserably, and have never really seemed to concerned when challenged about it. As to the tours, it seems that may be run by a different part of the company, or maybe its actually a seperate company of the same name, who really knows, and provided they leave me alone, I dont care. Furthermore regards tours being legit, and foolproof because they girls are there in front of us, refer to my posting in the other thread about the possility of the girls invited to socials, by some less reputable tour companies, who are working girls. gladiatorUK Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 5/9/2004 12:23:36 PM   I can only agree with Tim on that one too Oleg,my experience of Anastasia has been negative too,and although it is unfair to class everyone the same way,a major failing of Anastasia has been in allowing so much negative publicity about them while doing relatively little about it. After all is said and done the main objective is to smooth the path for as many as we can,and help others to learn from past mistakes. I cannot comprehend why a site that has such a Bad reputation is still in business !! If I ripped off even one or two of my customers I would be out of business and in jail by now, and certainly have no good reputation any more, but even with the broad knowledge on the net among men looking for ladies, that Anastasia is not a good site, they still continue to sucker people in and noone does anything to stop it !!
