I did a check today of a dating site for just my area (Philadelphia, PA USA). I did a search for women 30-40 (I'm 43). I found 250 women via the search engine. Of those, 85% of the women listed a partner maximum age of their age +3 and a minimum apartner age of their age -7. I don't have numbers, but my subjective observation was that the minimum partner age differential increased with the age of the woman. I'm sure you'll draw the same conclusions as I, but I see women that are NOT looking for maturity, financial security or a person more inclined to commit. I'm sure these will be deciding factors for them eventually, but why would you look for those qualities in a comparative age range that is less likely to have them? I think the answer is obvious. It's criteria like this that feeds right in to Western marriage success rates or should I say marriage failure rates? When I compared the difference between the two it was obvious. If you want to just settle and scrape the bottom of the trash barrel then go ahead, deal with the locals. I ran into one of those yesterday while going through some sites. I'm thinking of a new reality show. 8 typical American women date a typical Russian man (the kind the Russian women are divorcing) and decide who they want to stay with. Contrary to what each of you think, most FSU women would much rather find a good man in their own countries to stay close to family, friends and eveything that is dear, known and part of their lives...so there are plenty of FSU women for the FSU men to choose. Those burnt out on FSU men are a minority. My russian neighbor often pities american men for having to live, work and share the same oxigen with these type of women.
